1. What is the Weather Like?
Generally 80°F to86°F, sunny with light trade winds.
2. Do I Require a Visa ?
A valid passport is preferred from U.S., British, and Canadian nationals. An original birth certificate accompanied by a photo ID that’s issued by a government agency is also acceptable, but we recommend that you carry a passport when visiting a foreign country. All arriving visitors must have a departing ticket.
3. What is the official Language ?
English.
4. What electrical power supply in antigua?
” 220v, 2 prong, flat pin plugs - We have a limited supply of converters to 110v for North American guests, but most people use the natural hair dryer - the breeze on the porch!
5. What are the banking Hours?
Banks are usually open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 2pm and on Friday from 8am to 1pm and 3 to 5pm.
6. What is there to do on Antigua?
” Many of our guests choose to do absolutely nothing but curl up in a hammock with a good book and occasionally float in the ocean! However, the more adventurous rent a car, from Kenneth Charles our local transportation Mr. fix-it, for a few days and go exploring.
Nelson Dockyard - the only working Georgian dockyard in the Caribbean Shirley Heights - fabulous panoramic views and good music - St.John’s has heaps of historic sights - and funky shopping Harmony Hall by boat - a great excursion to a restored sugar mill which now houses a Caribbean art and craft gallery and fine Italian luncheon restaurant.

8. What does Antigua feel like?
” A cosy, intimate palce where everything you might want to do is available, but no-one pushes anything - A place to come and truly unwind and ‘decompress’ for a while! Over 60% of our guests are repeat visitors, probably because all visitors leave with renewed vigor and a sense of calm.
9. Does Antigua have Nightlife?
Antigua has some of the best steel bands in the Caribbean. Most nightlife revolves around the hotels. If you want to roam Antigua at night looking for that hot local club, arrange to have a taxi pick you up, so you’re not stranded in the wilds somewhere.
